My practice weaves together storytelling and material innovation, grounded in traditional pottery techniques while exploring the creative potential of unconventional and often overlooked resources. I work primarily with found materials, driven by the process of discovery, seeking out viable materials while drawing inspiration from diverse landscapes and historical artefacts, often merging the two.

Each piece is an attempt to reflect not only the landscape from which the materials originate but also the unpredictable and often volatile nature of the individual materials. Taking a primitive, experimental approach, to create works with unique textures and visual narratives that honour both place and process.
