Ceramic Artist
After years focused on study and work, I returned to personal practice. One day in a park, as I looked up, a passing cloud seemed to say: It’s time to start your own work. Which is the moment I began this project.
I clear my mind to observe clouds as living beings and make intuitive sketches. I then sculpt their soft forms in clay, using natural, subtle colors. I only work from clouds I’ve seen and sketched myself. Not referring to photos, so the results inevitably differ from typical “blue sky and white clouds”. This project marks a meaningful return to what I truly want to create.
